Who We Help

Three kinds of teams. One way of working: fast, transparent, US-friendly.

For Startups

You need a CTO-level partner without a CTO-level burn rate.

  • MVP launch
From idea to first paying user in 4–8 weeks.
  • Product iteration
Weekly sprints driven by user feedback, not your gut.
  • CTO replacement
We own delivery so you can own fundraising and growth.

For SMBs

Internal teams stretched thin. Tools that should already exist, don't.

  • AI automation
Replace repetitive ops work with assistants that pay for themselves.
  • Internal tools
Dashboards and workflows your team will actually use.
  • Custom CRM systems
Built around your sales motion, not someone else's template.

For Enterprises

You need senior engineering capacity without 6-month hiring cycles.

  • Dedicated offshore team
A pod of 3–6 engineers, embedded into your stack and rituals.
  • AI integration
Layer LLMs onto existing systems without breaking what works.
  • Legacy modernization
Migrate aging stacks step-by-step, with zero downtime expected.
Case Studies

Three projects. Three different shapes of pressure.

Client names withheld under NDA. Numbers and tech stacks are real.

Healthcare Logistics
Healthcare Logistics

Built a HIPAA-aware MVP in 21 days for a US healthcare startup

Client Problem
A two-person founding team needed to validate a courier-dispatch product with three pilot clinics in under a month. Their previous agency had quoted 5 months and refused to work with PHI without a signed BAA.
Our Solution
We compressed scope to 4 must-have flows, used a HIPAA-eligible Postgres on AWS, and shipped weekly. Founders saw demos every Friday. We treated PHI as untouchable and routed it through encrypted channels only.
Timeline
21 days from kickoff to first pilot user
Tech Stack
Next.js 14 Postgres (AWS RDS) Twilio Stripe Vercel Resend
Business Impact
  • Onboarded 3 pilot clinics in week 4
  • Closed $750K seed round 8 weeks later
  • Zero PHI incidents in first 90 days
B2B SaaS Support
B2B SaaS Support

Cut a 20-person SMB's manual support workload by 40% in 4 weeks

Client Problem
A US SaaS company with one support lead was drowning in 600+ Zendesk tickets per week. 70% of tickets were repeat questions answered in their Notion docs, but customers never found them.
Our Solution
We built a GPT-4o chatbot with RAG over their Notion workspace, deployed inside Intercom. The bot answered 4 out of 10 tickets autonomously and routed the rest with a draft reply for the human agent.
Timeline
4 weeks from kickoff to production
Tech Stack
OpenAI GPT-4o Pinecone Notion API Intercom Cloudflare Workers
Business Impact
  • 40% reduction in human-handled tickets
  • Median response time fell from 6h to 2min
  • Saved ~$72K/year in additional headcount

Helped a non-technical founder ship the demo that closed her seed round

Client Problem
A solo founder with deep marketing expertise but no engineering background had a strong vision for an AI tool for newsletter writers. She had 6 weeks before her next round of investor meetings and no working product.
Our Solution
We acted as her embedded engineering team for 6 weeks: scoped 3 hero features, shipped a polished web app with auth, billing, and a fine-tuned writing assistant. Daily Loom updates kept her in the loop without daily standups.
Timeline
6 weeks from contract to demo-ready
Tech Stack
Next.js Supabase Stripe Anthropic Claude Vercel
Business Impact
  • Closed $1.2M seed round 3 weeks after demo day
  • 120 paying customers in first 60 days
  • Founder still works with us 24 months later

Why Us

The reasons US founders choose to work with us — and stay.

AI-assisted development workflow

We pair every engineer with Cursor and Claude. Output per dev-day is 2–3× higher than traditional shops.

US timezone overlap

Our team is online from US Pacific 7am–11am. Real-time when it matters, async the rest of the day.

Founder-led communication

You talk to the people writing the code. No account managers, no PM-of-PM games.

Startup-speed execution

We ship weekly. If a sprint slips, you hear about it on Friday — not at the end-of-month invoice.

Cost-efficient engineering

40–60% lower than US agencies for senior talent. Zero compromise on architecture or code review.

Strict IP protection

Mutual NDA on day one. Your code stays in your repos and your cloud. We never reuse it.

Team

Small team. Senior people. You'll talk to them, not a sales rep.

FAQ

The questions US founders ask before signing.

If yours isn't here, the 30-min call is free.

How do you handle the timezone difference?
We overlap with US Pacific time roughly from 7am to 11am their time, which is when most realtime communication happens. The rest of the day runs on async: Loom videos for demos, written updates in Notion, and Slack threads with clear acceptance criteria. Most clients tell us they feel more in the loop than with their previous local team.
How do you protect our IP?
Every engagement starts with a mutual NDA before we see any of your code or product specs. Source code lives in your repos, on your cloud, with your accounts. We never reuse client code in other projects. If you offboard us, we hand over everything in 24 hours.
What if my project scope changes mid-build?
Scope changes are normal — we plan for them. We use weekly sprints, so each Friday is a natural checkpoint to add, drop, or re-prioritize. Small changes within a sprint are absorbed; bigger pivots get re-scoped together with you before the next sprint starts.
How do payments work?
For projects: 30% upfront, 30% at midpoint, 40% on delivery. For ongoing engagements: monthly invoicing on net-15 terms. We accept wire transfer, Wise, and Stripe. All invoices come from a US-banked entity for easy accounting.
What's your typical response time?
Within 4 business hours during US business days for any Slack message or email. Critical production issues get a response in under an hour, 24/7. We share an on-call schedule with every client so you always know who to reach.
Do you sign NDAs?
Always. We can use your NDA template or send ours — both are mutual and standard. Most clients have one signed within 24 hours of the first call.
